Shirley, you need to purchase International Stamps which are 98 cents each. They are good for a postcard or a card or letter. If you go to www.usps.com and click on the top link for "calculate postage" or you can use this link  http://www.usps.com/prices/welcome.htm  to find the costs of all services. I think you will have to copy and paste the link because I cannot get it to work on here.

Sure hope this helps you. If you have a mail scale you can figure out your postage before you even get to the post office.

Thanks for telling me Cathy E...I found out last year when I sent an bunch of stuff over to POE web site not to put "US" Postage on your mailables...as UPS has thier own rates, which cost much less even though they often deliver for the US Post Office. I'll check into here this week as things seem to be getting better for me healthwise.

You welcome...I still need to send some more of them out yet..and a small booklet to Catherine also. I've gotten busy here lately with the surgery in the family and the Holidays coming up. Mt. St. Helens and Mt adams is on the other side of the river and they all set about 50 miles from each other with me about that distance south of St. Helens....and the summit on Mt. Hood..maybe an litle less. But I could when we moved here and few houses around had an straight on view of all three of them out my front window. It gives me such an majestic feeling of God's awesome power to see the Mountain at times...pillar ro strength to one's daily life..
