Hello all.

Ron I dont know if it will work for Osteoarthritis, fut I was tols and tried it myself for Rhumatoid Arthritis and it worked. The sister of a nurse I knew is the leading authority on Arthritis of all types. She said that Tomatoes are a great agravater of arthritis. She said, stop eating them. Also, put a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil in every meal. Well I tried it and I have not had any bad arthriric pains for years now. It takes a little while, but for me it was fantastic. Worth trying?

Sure is worth trying Peter!

Coincidental that you mention the tomatoes, we have long suspected (despite loving fresh, underipe greenhouse tomatoes) that they might be responsible for 'change' and 'cramps' in particular. Will need to pay more attention...

Thanks Peter...

That is really interesting information, Peter. My husband has the beginnings of arthritis, so I will keep this in mind.  Does this also include tomato sauce and paste, I wonder? I use tomatoes in allot of things.

I'm fine, but very busy. Wish I could spent some more time on POE. Still have lots of pictures to put on the site, but no time to process them.

Hope you'r OK as well
