hello cath,  --harborne is in the west midlands near birmingham had a good time but i much prefer lancashire anyday.

not many puffs in lancashire cath--well none in my road lol

It stands to reason James if all people from Yorkshire are tykes, then all people from Lancashire are Puffs.

Anyone know how these nicknames came about?  Are there nicknames for people from other Counties?

i cant see how puffs are lancastrians lol  cant say about other counties either  only  geordies,brummies,
