Just can't do them any more...with the meds I have to fight to keep muscle strength as it is. Though I hear Apple Cider Vinegar tablets can help....if you can stand to drink it...you must with an bit of soda in it and wash your mouth out as soon as possible it can affect your tooth enamel from what I understand. I started this to get rid of lingering infection and it did indeed do the trick. There's been an fungus infection of some kind going around in the states, they said last year they project some 2,600 people quietly and slowly died of it...this supposedly kills the fungus. I had many of the same symptoms of it though. I went last year with an infection that I couldn't seem to pull away from and the nurse told me that's what happens when you get older and lose your immune system...as if I was dying...I just plain wanted to slap her silly...but I didn't. I wouldn't call her an nurse or even professional at all. I told my health insurance company about her also. Why go to someone that does nothing for their patient. I don't accept older age as an reason to lay down and die. I got this book called "ThePH Miracle" by Robert Young, PHD...and Shelly Redford Young...copyright 2002...publisher is www.HachetteBookGroupUSA.com. I could never live this diet....but to do an week of it now and then is fine by me. It is basically raw foods...greens that are juiced...but it's an thing of its own. It's got its own receipes in the book also. I did feel better on it...but I got tired of the "crunch" so as to say...and it has no fruits but tomaotes, yams, avacadoes, lemon juice..well there's more you can't eat then you can eat..but it has some merit..its to kill fungus in your body...yeast...bacteria, and microforms, and parasites...long with it...it stops diabetes, liver problems and an host of other ailments....to me it makes an good cleansing diet. You can also expect no processed foods, no meats, hardly any dairy, it's basically fresh greens and veggies...some kinds of nuts...you make your own margerine also out of macadamina nuts, carrots, olive oil and either vanilla or stevia. You sprout your own wheat and grind it and make patties to bake out of the dough..its the hardtack bread at the Lord's supper. I did this for an almost an month. You make your own peanut butter also soaking almonds in water for two hours...pour.. it off and grind it..he claims...that alone is an bacteria fighter....there's no peanuts in the diet per se.  I can see where an person would be in good health if you followed the lifestyle religiously. I picked up some Ph strips to test my alkaline and acid balance...... it was way off....really way off. Being in summer I noticed my sweat was smelling very acidity also. But as I said...I'm all for doing this periodically to help the body balance things out an bit better. No harm in doing that part. I was going to discuss this with Diana...but she hasn't been here as of late apparently....I liked her low carbohydrate receipes.

OK...Ron...I'll try to keep them down an bit this time around. As to your shoes...sounds like "Fredricks of Hollywood" to me and real toe pinchers. When I went to school my friend's sister got an new pair of shoes with every boyfreind....open her closet..they use to come tumbling out. But she was one good looking gal though. Drip Drip type day outside...I guess it's time to change from the summer shoes into winter shoes in my area.

Ok, switched to my" witchy woman" looking pointed boots for this bout of rainy weather we have going on....I like these shoes...they "fit" and they are comfortable and they protect my feet...and its hard to find an pair of shoes you really like these days. Bless shoemakers...some of them are the absoute best in their field. I started Christmas today...each grandkid gets at least one pair of jammies with feeties in them.
