BBC News presenter Geraldine Peers must surely be walking on the highest heels on television! Has anybody else noticed?

Keep an eye on the BBC News to see what I mean, can't believe women can walk on these things! I would bet they are at least 6 inches high!

How do you manage girls?

I have no idea how we do it...because I can't! You've got to start your girly-girl training very early in life in order to master high heels!!

Ah yes, stiletto heels and pointed toe shoes!  I remember them very well.  I think you probably just need good balance and a head for heights, lol.Smile

I probably had high heels from about 14/15 yrs old and don't remember having a problem walking or even running in them.  Which happened frequently if I didn't want to miss the train to work.

I notice a lot of the tall heeled shoes these days also have a "thicker" sole.

If it does have a thicker heel or a wedge heel I could do it...almost!

I don't know either Ron! I can't wear them. They are also not good for you. Your feet were not created to walk like that so they throw your ankles, knees and hips out which will throw your back out too.

So not only is it hard to find EEE wide shoes for women but flat ones to boot!! Smile

The heels on the shoes that Geraldine Peers wears are sharper than a dart at the bull! Stilleto, or needle sharp, like walking on the point of a nail!

Oh, and yes Miss James can't wait to see you dressed for the kill... Lol
