We need to start the thread over again...it's going to 49 pages now...well, someone is playing with my computer...as I got in this morning an enlargement of the type to 105...and I don' thave that on my computer...it goes 100..125...150...so forth. And I have this can not display this page when I log in to the internet...though I am so far able to over- ride it.

Good news this morning...12 more degrees and we are out of this winter storm system....which is fine by me...and the Holiday dishes need to be taken down and washed and food preparations started.  I will be looking forward to that one. I was talking long distance to my hubby's oldest sister in MIssouri....I kind of like her...she's had an tough life in ways....and I tend to listen when she says something and her word when I asked her about how things were going back there was... we are "managing"...and then she said...you know...I keep telling the kids and everyone, and esp Karen to not get "depressed" right now...that can do more for the world right now then anything in difficult times...esp for the people. Karen is dying from cancer, she's had both breasts removed now...tumors in her brain last year she fought off  and its spread throughout her entire body now..it is but an matter of time .She is my hubby's younger sister...and how I remember at 16, an ciggarette in one hand...and cola in the other constantly. Strange is her "ex" has cancer and her hubby now has it also .But she takes pride in her son...in the military...in Italy right now...works on an computer for the air force...has an real good career there. I guess we do have to look forword to the blessings in life while we are still here...perhaps in that its another sharing of an Holiday if anything. In the meatime my daugher in-law found out its at least unitl Jan 2 before they will consider her even returning to work...so she came by and got from me 25 poounds of sugar..50 pounds of flour...couple big bags each brown sugar and powdered sugar and food coloring...cookie cutters and an bunch of other stuff to start baking the Holiday cookies. I can hardly wait to see how they come out. anyway...I have some food to make here today.... so I better get at it...and then come the decorations for Christmas.

Hello to My POE family.  I have missed you all.  I finally have a chance to sit down for a little while and say HI!Laughing.  I have been very busy working overtime just so I could have some extra money.  I paid off two of my credit cards. So that is a load off. And now I'm getting ready for Our Thanksigivng Dinner for  thursday..it's going to be a full house, so there is going to be lots of cooking, starting today with some pies and homemade stuffing.

I have not forgotten about my loving POE family, I really do miss you all.

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

I messaged my son this morning. He's well and safe, bummed because they are on alert and some of their Thanksgiving celebrations have been curtailed.

I saw on the news that the U.S. has sent out some big guns. Let's hope the NK back off and the SK hold of from retaliations.

It's bitter cold here today. Not getting above 20 º F today after starting below zero.

Happy Thanksgiving to all you Americans on the forum.
