Are they really worth eating?

As a lot of you know im a vege, so don't eat real sausages. I do know that a lot are made up of disgusting waste, and then coloured, because the 'meat' is a grey colour!!  but i think its like everything, if you find a good butcher like James says, you ok, he'll know what he's put in and hopefully will take a pride in them, so want to use the best ingredients!!  you pay more but i reckon it must be worth it!!  also it brings a bit of revenue back to small traders, and away from the supermarkets and food giants!

If i ate meat i'd definately get it from a good local source, as i do with veg i buy!!  its better all round, taste, enviroment, supplier!!
