Make what you will of that description, I have just befuddled myself. |

Lol There are two BOLLARDS on the quay side for mooring boats to. Those fat iron "cotton-reel" shaped structures with the ropes wrapped around. So what happens now? Vince mentioned the word Bollard but said bent bollard/barrier - shall we give it to him? |
