Good Morning everyone!

I have finally gotten the house perfectly clean and totally clutter free. Had our first Broker's Open yesterday and was a huge success! Even had a lay person come by and was very interested. Three more appointments today!! I never expected this big of a start. I hope they have a bidding war and we come out over the asking price!! Laughing I have high hopes!

Well that is good news for Cathy...hope all goes well. I spend a lot of my time watching shows on how to do small things to make it  an house more worthy for the times. I have to pick up and finish off what I started last year around my house. My neighbor out front also wants to re-do her front yard. Put up an small rock wall around it and close it off for her doggie..so she can make an doggie run eventaully and no can see at street level. I suppgested to her about picking up chunks of broken up cement slabs..sometimes you can get them for free, from builders doing remodieling....cement them in an interesting shape wall. They announced the other night that an street runs downtown Portland along the river..they have to re-do it also and are going to make the new street  14 feet up in the air and use it as an barrier against flooding and to close off the  noise of the city along the water front parks...someone is thinking this time around.....how nice.

Thanks so much Ron, James and Shirley.

I cannot get over the number of calls we are getting regarding the house. This is fantastic!! Fingers crossed it sells fast at asking price or above. Yippee!! I'm so happy about this! Laughing

You're selling the house? I'm obviously behind on news here.

I've never heard of Brokers Open, is that like an open house?

Good luck with the showing and selling. I hope it all goes well.

Are you going to be living in the same general area?

Oh look, I"m full of questions.
