Thank you so much Sally, Diana and Sue. That means a lot to me.

Wow!! The power of POE prayer does work!! I will explain tomorrow night! Thanks all you POEr's out there. Kiss

I'm sorry Sue. I know I owe you a reply email. I've just been busier than a one armed paper hanger lately. A broker's open is an open house for the real estate agents.

I will be living in the same area and will let you all know my new address just as soon as I know. Should be within a couple weeks. I will send an email as soon as I can and update you. Been thinking of you lots lately.

There's allot of work, and stress involved in preparing a house for sale, let alone the selling and purchasing of another, so I can imagine how busy you are Cathy.

Take your time, I'm going nowhere.

Will continue with you in my thoughts and prayers.

Hugs!

WOW!! What a day today!! We had the open house for the public and the traffic through my house was non-stop!!

We have four solid contracts, possibly five! Meeting with the "other" party and my real estate agent Monday afternoon at 5:30 PM to sign a contract. Then it is in God's hands where it belongs. So it looks like I will be moving within the next three weeks! Laughing

Fantastic news, Cathy!  I'll be praying that all goes well with the sale.  It will really feel like a fresh start for you in a new place that's totally YOURS.  Congratulations, Cathy.  You've worked so hard - you deserve all the best.  xx

Wonderful news!  Have you found somewhere to move too yet?  Does it really happen that quickly?  From contract to moving in only 3 weeks?  They move fast over there!  It can take anything up to six months here!

Thanks Ruth! Kiss

Cathy-I have not found a place to go yet but will be looking this week. It does and can happen that fast here but not always. It all depends on how the house is staged and priced.

So the news is that we signed a contract tonight, pending an inspection we should be settling on April 22 which means that I need to be out of the house by then. So I have about 3 1/2 weeks to pack it up and move out. Fingers crossed the inspection goes off without a hitch and I find a place I can take all three cats with me. There is no way I will give any or all of them up. They are my babies that I have had since they were 4 weeks old. The sweet things they are. If I have to go homeless I will do it for them.
