No, but we used to go to Banger Races many years ago, when my son was young.  That was great fun.

Do you enjoy social gatherings?  (Weddings, parties, etc).

Lol Marjorie - was that like an egg & spoon race but using sausages???

Not much for social gatherings these days - but used to go to lots of them.  And really enjoyed them back then!

How often to you have to go grocery shopping?

LOL Cathy!  It was really old cars.

I have no transport, so as I live quite close to the shops, several times a week.  I have resorted to what I call my granny bag these days, for heavy things.  (shopping trolley).

Do you shop on line?

For books, cds and dvd's - yes.  If our local supermarket would deliver I would definitely shop on line, lol.

Is there any kind of shop you find it impossible or difficult to walk passed and ignore temptation?

When I was very over weight I hated it, but now that my weight is more "normal" I enjoy it. Lol.

Do you have any vacation plans for the summer?

The housing market here has been terrible for at least three years now. There are three properties for sale near my house. They just sit  there and don't sell. The prices keep going lower and lower. The house we owned before this one is still for sale, too. Didn't work out the way we expected. Very difficult situation. Perhaps you'd like a nice home in the US to visit now and then, James? Be glad to have a new neighbor. LOL

Did you go on family vacations as a child and if so, where?

They only family vacations we went on were camping in the Shenandoah Mountains, particularly Sky Line Drive, Big Meadows. We had the best time there. My dad used to take us on 10 mile hikes. It was a great reward to come upon a falls or see a bear! It was so beautiful there and some happy memories to go with it.

Where is your favorite place to vacation?
