Depends if you are out in the field or in the confines of a studio. In the field I would probably go 50/50 even 40/60 as you have to have luck on your side with subject, weather etc but you still need the skills to know what to do with the old box brownie. Under controlled studio conditions I would go for 80/20 even 90/10 as you have no excuse as you have total control unless of course you shooting aimals or even worse kids!!! Black and White or Colour? |

We see things in colour and now I have no interest in black & white, so the answer is colour. Do you : print photos at home print in shop yourself send away for prints don't print |

But I store hundreds more on the computer than I ever get printed. BTW, they say that you should print all your most precious photos as nothing electronic is as permanent. Have you ever had an electric shock? (Accidentally, I mean, lol. Not the psychotherapy treatment, lol).
