I once received a cheque for $25 and the bank wanted £15 to convert it! Needless to say, I returned the cheque saying thank you and explained why. You can make debit/credit card payments and possibly a Bankers Draft, but I would need to confirm that for you, or you could check it out from your end. In any case I will forward the address through the POE contact facility and hope that it is not a wasted effort, because of the greedy banks. Perhaps C&S will contact you with different ideas, but either way thank you both for your support. |

Cheques are too costly to convert (the greedy banks charge the earth) so the way forward is 'Telegraphic Transfer'. If you would like to donate to Pictures Of England.com Ltd (POE) to help secure the future of the website from wherever you live, just drop me an email: Ron @ PicturesOfEngland.com and I will let you have the appropriate details. Soon after receipt of funds by POE you will receive a sincere thank you from Chris and Sarah Edited by: Ron Brind at:25th May 2011 17:28 |

Contact me for details of how to proceed, it's easy and it doesn't need to cost you an arm or a leg: Ron @ picturesofengland.com |

The membership list now starts with the Gold Star Premier members. When it first changed to this system a few days ago I was in the top 10, I am now at 79. I would be a lot happier if is was way down somewhere between 1000 - 2000 or even lower. So come on all who are still deciding or waiting for payday. Make your donations and keep me being relegated. The lower I go the better the chances of success for the site. So please do what ever you can to help me get near the bottom of the list Edited by: Ron Brind at:26th May 2011 17:51 |
