Four people dressed in black clothing break into a house at night.

One of the the three occupants of the house gets involved in a fight with one of the potential burglars and stabs him. The three 'friends' of the potential burglars realize he is wounded and carry him into the street where they then leave him, knowingly injured. He is taken to hospital and dies later.

Police arrive at the scene of the potential burglary, arrest the three occupants who live there and charge them with murder!

Something similar to my description above has actually happened here in the UK. But charge the occupants of the house with murder, who without the potential burglary wouldn't have been put in a situation where they needed to defend themselves?

Can that be right, what about an Englishmans home being his Castle and therefore having the right to defend it?

When I heard this story on the news, I remembered all the other similar cases I have heard of over the years, what are our law makers thinking of? Certainly not justice.

I supose if someone breaks into my home I am suposed to wait for them to beat me up, (possibly rape and/or murder me)  and then allow them to steal my hard earned posessions. May be I should offer them a nice meal and a drink while they are there.

And what about the trial that has just ended, Milly Dowlers family said they felt as much on trial!!!

We must not forget the accused's human rights must we,

That's the British Legal system at work.

Tony Martin should never have been jailed for killing the pointless pikey.
