I have a new fetish for Chinese noodles.  I can cook the noodles and the veg but I need a sauce.  Many of the so called Chinese sauces from the supermarket are not very good.  Any ideas for a simple to make sauce please ?

Hi Mick:

I've not made this myself, but I had something similar at a friend's house and it was yummy.  So I looked it up online - this is courtesy of C.....com

Sorry Ruth and Mick had to delete this as it was copied material according to your statement above.

Hi Ron:

Sorry about that.  I thought it was OK as long as the site was acknowledged.  I also didn't actually cut and paste, but sort of paraphrased it.  But that's OK.  I stand corrected.

Hi Ruth. Sadly, not even if you acknowledge the origin of the text is it acceptable, not just for POE but in copyright law. If the work belongs to someone else, we all need written permission to copy it, to be safe. There is also an issue of copied material for the search engines.

You could of course use the information from that same website, but put it in your own words throughout.

Thanks for understanding Ruth.

The dumbing down of intelligience in the world in ways Ron. We were talking about that the other day...there's so much less information going on that its just "small" talk or web arguments going on most the time any more. Vince...somedays it pays to go and get your food over buying it these days in general...but I'm liking pickled beets with my oriental home style food menu...and sorba noodles...when I can get them....they ussually have an sauce receipe with them or on the back of the package somewhere.

I was just thinking......perhaps we could get somebody to wrap a whole load of noodles around Micks neck?

Maybe arrange for them to be pulled from either side? lol

Only joking Mick...honest! lol
