Same happened there, three or four men/women doing the work of one (20,000 plus workers in Cowley at one time). What happened, they fitted the place out with robots and now there might be 3,000 workers, and some of them are agency workers, so not employed on a fulltime basis and they can be given the order of the boot at anytime.
