How much will that cost us?

The European Union is finished. Why don't they just give up and start again, but this time without the UK getting involved in any way, shape or form?

We don't need the European Market or anything to do with it do we members, what say you?

Thought for the day: Where has all the money gone, who is sitting on it laughing at us?

I watched an International House Hunter's show of an guy from London buying an house in Spain night before last...great prices!   I'm trying to think of the Lake they were around, and can't....probably mispell if it I could remember. LOL. Lovely area though. The world issues these days makes those countries that can help..do much for others. Even here in Portland our "Peace Corps" is attached to 129 other countries for helping in service jobs world-wide right now. Our nephew did an stint in Romania while he was going to college....my cousin earned his PHD and was teaching at OSU for an bit coming back from living in China for several years.  Of our Boy Scouts Dr. Sasson's two son's earned scholarships to learn micro-biology at prestigious University over here...but first they took the time off to go visit Africa. HIs one son walked my out to the car to tell me thankyou for all the services we helped them with as Boy Scouts...his dad showed up standing out the door of my hositpal room when I woke up from surgery one time...looked at me...and smiled...as if saying.....Your OK....just checking....went on his way. I have met his lovely wife and him in so many places, they live not to far away from us now...and we have used thier house for Scout events also.

As to the European Union...whatever it's called these days...if it were called anything else...you think life would be any different?  You should hear all the stuff our politicans are getting these days in the bad statements made by others. While my freind Mr. James O. Berkland goes around saying...If you get handed "lemons"...learn to make lemonaide".
