TV was so interesting tonight... I shut if off. yep...but got to reading and thought you might like these words of wisdom about women... from other people.

I myself have never been able to find out  precisely what feminism is...I only know that people call me an feminist whenever I express sentiments that differeniate me from an door mat or an prostitute. (Rebecca West)

I think it's about time we voted for senators with breast's. After all, We've been voting for boobs long enough. (Claire Sargent)

Remeber Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, but backwards, and in high heels. (Faith Whittlesey)

I am Woman...I am invincible...I am pooped!  (tired)....(Author unknown)

Women who seek to be equal with men lack ambition.  (Tinomthy Leary)

Being an woman is a terribly difficult task, since it consits primarily of dealing with men. (Joseph Conrad)

Maybe that can pick up your spirit's an bit for the day.....Have an good one....and be free to add any you might think of your own.

Yesterday I had an emergency phone call from a neighbour and had to rush home quickly.  My wife had lost her voice, could not miss that.

Dave, I feel that way...because the over $100,000 I've contributed is easily forgotten... as he does as he dam well pleases around here.I shut up the house one year and lived in the garage over winter to save heat to help save money to pay off his boat, he came home one time and I asked him to go with me to the garage and he said, NO...as long as I'm working... I refuse to go cold...boy has he got an lot to understand...I've been cold most my life rather he's been around or not. If anyone gets anything first around here it's him, esp if it's anything good. His idea of shopping is an loaf of bread and an gallon of milk...then he says I'm always off his budgetting spending money for all the rest of the groceries. I buy only what's necessary and ususally on sale. He doesn't know ditty squat what it takes to have an "house" for the most part...or to plan for the future and execute it...over his own little person.  He has for years refused to have an saving account...we fight over it constantly because if anything goes wrong...there's nothing to back us up with, we suffer at the expensive of debts owed. So, despite ti all...my wages should be mine...he's already it making me pay 1/3 of my yearly income for the property taxes...so he can make an profit someday if he doesn't lose the house all together from borrowing to pay off what he didn't save money for in an emergency fund. I also would say I've worked harder in my life and been paid lots lower in my life... because I was an woman...most of us in the early 60's seldom made past the minium wage....we were not allowed to. It's hard to love, when it's an one way street and life is for the beneifit of one person's pleasure.  The bible calls that "adultry"...it's not sharing at all... with someone you supposedly "joined in marriage" with. I  know some guys get an bad rap by women also, but there are far more women getting it then men..and basically it' s the man's world out there that turned on themselves also, to create the mess we got going on now.
