People need to stay away right now...everyone is in an bee hive at the moment from the police to the mayor to the Govenmor. Thanks to these dam idiots trying to make money on the net..distrubing our abilty to acess the web sites we need to get into for the news...I expect that they will be the cause of any national disaster we have by their constant interference...you can't warm other if your tried....and yes, I'm angry. I wish to hell they would get off my computer!...it runs just fine without them. Now, i fyou have family on the go or traveling better call them on your cell phone if they are anywhere near by. Last I heard they got the shooter as they say.."Nurtalized" for now. If this wwere tomarrow this time...I could of been there with my sister and Mary perhaps... Talk about small miracles. I keep thinking when I see things like this...another life ruined...one person they know is dead. |
Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 04:32 on 12th December 2012 I am back..it's been an very busy day around here...I set up my hubby's room with an small Christmas tree and got all his presents into wrappings of some kind..so he's to go this year now...and then my sister in-law, the one with the brain tumor operation last summer...which my brother mentioned she could use my help...well we decorated her house today also. So I just finsished off an purple tree and decorations. That is the hardest color by far, but they are getting better at having ornaments and such for it. So I am tired now and tomarrow is the luncheon. I haven't heard much more on this Mall shooting, other then the guy got killed apparently...rather he did it or the police did it, hard telling. It's all over the news but I am to busy to listen at the moment. I am really at an lost for words when things like this happen in ways. So I guess I go for tonight and get ready for tomarrow and then the major of things is over with for this year as far as I know, except for dinner here....then hubby's birthday and then New Year's Eve. Talk to you all later on.... |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 18:59 on 12th December 2012 Good morning...good for you peggy...I got an up-graded secuirty renew. But I still see underlined words in the text up above that needs to leave us alone. Good morning guys....yes, they haven't released the names of those involved in the Mall shooting as of yet...Mall is still closed down today...and as another one pointed out to me...today is 12-12-12..added up in Gemertia is 3 plus 6 and that is the "Christ" number in the bible. Fella walked into the food court in the area as precisely 3:30 pm yesterday. There after to start his shooting with exactly 60 rounds. I wonder if he was "Muslim" or not. He killed himself also. I am still mad that I couldn' t get in here for pop-ups and advertisements and things wanting to know if I wanted this or that added on my computer. I have no qualms if they want to add this stuff to the side of our text...but I don' twant it to stop my abilty to get on-line trouble free and quickly. Rather they like it or not...I PAY for an "server" to have my computer...so they should honor us as the customers that we are...showing us an program to buy daily..over and over that we will never probably buy only goes to aggrevate us all. It's like having to slam the door into the face of an constant salesman...to get outside of the house. I am about ready now for the luncheon...pretty much...I didn't get an lot of restful sleep last night so like of lounged around an bit this morning. Off the cookies and sugar for right now and it feels good in ways. Have kids off on school vacation and Christmas Day dinner. I know the cold is slowly inching it's way down here with each storm comes through..but I'd just as much like it to hold off after New Year's Day because of the possible party drinkers out on the road. Those that really want the snow can easily drive up to it right now at Mt. Hood...they need the business. People like to go up there and tail-gate it in the parking lots with hot chili and cocoa and let the little kids use inner tubes for sledding. It works out just fine. If they want to drink they can rent "condo's" up there and stay safe all night long in comfort. About an 45 minute or 30 minute car drive from the Porltand Airport...entirely uphill slightly all the way too! It's an better idea then fighting city streets all slick.... tryng to get to house dinners and parties here in town. Besides...couple of inches of snow stops the city in it's tracks for the most part. Portland Metro area now has one million people you know. They were saying this morning on the news that the Mall was made to hold 10,000 people during that shooting spree yesterday. I mean everyone was "right on it" so as to say...when it came to police/emergency groups. I guess I better get going for the day. Time is sneaking up on me quickly enough..as my little angels say in my kitchen this year..."Never enough Thyme!"..though it hangs next to cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg emboridered small plaques hanging with an long ribbon tied together...with an few springs of each above it's name. Have an goodday everyone...enjoy it! |
