Yes, could maybe someone get ahold of her?..find out where she's at right now. If she's "OK". We had our luncheon and I was surprised how little it cost the four of us to eat. Must of been because it was lunch and not dinner...though one platte was the dinner type..and Holiday special. Then we came to my house and made some coffee and I had an few small gifts for them. My sister in-law tells us that my brother is so tight with his money that he could " pinch" the picture of Lincoln off an  $5 bill....and that got us started laughing. From then on it was one quip after another to keep us laughing from one of us. So I guess we had an good time today. That music special they said was coming on tonight..isn't on the TV guide of tonight's shows. The one with Paul McCartney for the Hurricane Sandy event. I was talking to Pisstburg, Pennsylvania today about that one. She said her area never got the destruction the coastline did...but alas..she had already heard about our "Mall shooting" on the major news. They released the shooter's name as Jacob Roberts. But I didn't hear the details on why he might of done this. Anyway...hope all is well with everyone. Time for me to rest up an bit. Talk to you  all...later on.

Well, they underlined the word "TV guide"...and Pissburg, Pa should be Pittsburg, Pennsylvania...hum....looking over the rim of my glasses. I never know what's going to come up next any more.

Peggy...I raised some golden neck pheasants as babies one year they are the prettiest birds as adults you'll ever see...they took off out of my yard because they were just little peeps back then and went right through an cage I thought was impossibe...but I guess because I had an garden and an pond out back, they stayed around and then one day in the lower branch of our pine tree as an adult one of them swopped down so I could admire the coloring.

Good morning Syd..how's the lovely company you keeping these days? I read an book one winter on this "pirate" that went back to England to be with her hubby and got highjacked. This guy was an sultan middle-easstern type wealthy pirate and this lady was an bone-fide "puritan" lady. He kept her prisioner in his Harem. I mean they really went an roudn or two because they were both so different in their upbringing. Her in long dark dresses..and he with an Harem in brightly colored flowing silk and veils. The Harem girls helped to keep her alive from time to time..and one was her adversary later on. This Sultan, had an fixation that she was not easy to give in to him and his sexuals whims. They eventually fell in love though..he died in an battle as an pirate..she went back to New England and found out that she had nothing in common with the way she was raised...the town ladies thought of her as an Harlot because she didn't sacrific her life to get away from him...she ended quite by surprise with an man that attempted to help her earlier escape...and they both left for an "new" life far away from New England.  Here was an woman in her earlier years married in New England...to whom she had never seen her spouse but in the dark, and during the day was required to call him by "Mr"...If she wore anything out then dab grey she was considered "riske" and it was not for her to feel any kind of sexual passion in the lovemaking....to an "pirate"...whom knew all about lovemaking, and body language and bright colors and music and romance...quite an difference. When she denied his whims to suduce her, the let her pay the price, by tossing her out to mill grains, with men that tried to rape her, Harem girls were able to stop it in time...he wanted her to know what happens to an unprotected woman...he made her do servant works until she had bloody blisters on her hands..she still wouldn't give in...but in the end...he admitted...he respected her right to notnot be openly sudduced at his will..like the other women, and she had an education...they could actually talk about world events...his harem was there for his pleasure only... It was quite an book to read.

I bought this tall Santa Claus this year to stand near an outdoor electric swirling "rope" lighted Christmas tree ...and the Santa runs by plugging him into an motor and lights up..but when you shut him off he falls flat on his face on the ground like an piece of material...my sister saw that and she said to me..."What happened to your Santa?"..I looked at her and I said..."He blew his budget this year!" She started laughing..."Is he really going over the cliff!" like everyone else is supposedly....Then I told her the truth...he requires being plugged in to stand up. Have an good day...I'm going to get officially released from the dental surgeon today. So talk to you all later on..and so good to see you here Marjorie!...I know you more often go to the word thread..but it's nice to hear you in here also...I stay in here.... because I figure you all need other threads to escape to get away from me now and then...smiles* Ok..my long postings. Have an good day!

You can not imagine what went on trying to get to the dentist today..I started out 40 mins early for something that should take me about 20 mins in driving....but waiting through "double signal lights" twice, because the car line was so long today...two pedestrians crossing the road at different times...the policeman that pulled out behind meand you all know the "tension" around that one, he pulled around me and pulled us all over... so two blazing "firetrucks"..all things going blinking in red and blue could pass us by...and now I have about 10 mins before I show up "Late" and trying to turn into his parking lot am facing two strings of cars on both sides as far as you can see, and I finally said it...God help me...cause if you can't.. I can't seem to help myself today...and by golly...one of the cars turned off enough to allow me into the parking lot...and into the office in about the last 3 mins of time before for my appointment. It was stop and go the entire way there today. I told him I'd see him next summer as Iwanted the mouth to heal and re-adjust until then..he asked me how I was doing and took an look...I told him, I could see clearer leaving his office after the surgery, by the next morning an allergy I had all summer long had left..the incision healed slowly..but the huge crater it made is returning to normal, filling in and going away, and I'm out of pain..cronic pain, for the first time in 2 years and extreme "stress" as well, and at times even my hearing returns some days...lightly if everything is quiet around me. I thanked him...and he said, we don't charge for seeing to it that our patients are "OK" after surgery..... Merry Christmas!..... see you next summer sometime...I told him to have an Merry Christmas also...and again thanked him. I feel he is an good doctor..ever since the day I first met him. He knows what he's doing and does it well. With that I go for tonight. Talk later.
