As it is Halloween lets see what you all have to say. A thread that Vince suggested.

I'll start and say that I am not superstitious (touch wood Wink) I do not walk under ladders for the same reason i do not walk in front of a bus.....it is dangerous. There is nothing that I particularly do in any specific order for any given event.

So come on folks, lets see who has a few Idiosyncrasies to reveal

New shoes on the table Dave!

I keep telling Anna to keep her feet off it, because you don't know what she might have stepped in do you? lol

I am not the least bit superstitious. My mother, however, reacts with horror if an umbrella is opened in the house. She also will not abide someone rocking an empty rocking chair (that would be a superstition handed down from my Irish great-great-grandmother and survivor of the Great Famine, I suspect, since it seems to be peculiar to the Irish!).

Stepping over the cracks in pavements CathyML? Never heard that one, and besides if you didn't do that over here you wouldn't get anywhere.

Imagine it...Ah, a crack, I'm not walking over that, turn around Ron, ah another crack, turn around Ron, ah another crack...wow I'm getting dizzy, where am I disappearing to now? lol
