Thank you everyone. It's quite the journey I must say. 

 I think Cathy, you are referring to my amusing fart updates on my FB page. I wonder how many people know how important passing gas and having bowel movements is for post surgery, especially bowel surgery. 

 I believe being as happy as you can makes life so much better.
