I don't know if I have ever eaten horse meat, although I can safely say we have never knowingly bought it. So what is the problem, the French eat horse meat (lol and no comment from Dave) as a regular thing it seems, so maybe the issue here is that we have been 'sold a pup' or in this case a 'horse'. In reality we Brits have been scammed, ripped off, or conned again so whats new about that? The supermarket shelves are empty and the enquiry should rightly begin, because somebody somewhere has made a lot of money out of this, whilst literally laughing at us. I reckon the offending manufacturer should be shut down, with all assets seized as punishment. What say you members? |

It could be anything, an old pit pony, ex racehorse, farm pony because these people aren't bothered. They would have your false teeth away if you opened your mouth long enough! The problem is (the way I see it anyway) that it may well have been injected with stuff that we don't know about, what then, and what effects are we going to feel later as a result? The culprits should be skinned alive and um, err..... fed to the cats! lol |

God help us we are depending on 'em for aircraft carriers. |

Well if you want to taste a real English apple look out for the genuine Cox, the Blenheim, or the Russet (if you can find them). What's coming next in the food taint story? Maybe we will find out that our Chicken meals are a mix of squirrel, rabbit, frogs legs and snails. I can tell you, having eaten them all (here in England George lol) that if asked to describe what they taste like, I would have to say 'Chicken' so how would we know any different? We'll soon all be growing our own again! |

We ate Italian every night, the only French meal we had in Nimes made me so ill I thought I was about to die. So much for French cuisine - no thanks, never again. |
