Tried to donate to the site the other day system would not accept debit card.

I don't know why the system wouldn't accept the payment as it is via your PayPal account, which will accept and convert virtually anything. Could you try again please and if you have further problems contact me via your profile 'Contact' member and I will speak with POE owners Chris and Sarah to resolve it, whatever it is.

Just managed to get it through this morning PayPal doe`s not seem to like me using a debit card 2000 miles away from the banking source in the UK with a Spanish address although the Bank still sends me the statements here.
