I have to admit to missing John Nettles as Tom Barnaby but this new character is very good! What do the rest of the POElanders think of the change? |

We drove through the Midsomers a couple of years ago, there was nobody about, probably all been bumped off |

Neil Dudgeon had appeared as a dodgy gardener in an earlier epiosde before a few years later. taking over the lead role. His side kick, Sgt Jones/Jason Hughes has left after the end of the last series to work in the US and further his career over there. Actor Gwilym Lee has replaced Jason Hughes for the new series currently being filmed. one of the new stars I enjoy is his Parsons Jack Russell terrier, Sykes, who had been a stray puppy before becoming a film and TV star trained/owned by Gill Raddings. I had the pleasure of photographing Sykes for some Midsomer related products last year. Unfortuneately, I'm not at liberty to publish the photos I took of him anywhere, though some people might have seen them on Midsomer Murders coffee mugs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3DdJ_0G9AI Edited by: Paul Hilton at:20th July 2013 20:29 |
