I'm just over the border in Ripponden, but of course it didn't used to be over the border then because Saddleworth was Yorkshire until Greater Manchester nicked it in 1974. I feel there is still resentment in Uppermill, they still see themselves as Yorkshire folk. No offense James, my Mum is a Lancastrian she is 84 and still hasn't forgiven me for being born in the wrong county - how can that be my fault |

AS far as I know most new hires are in tip top shape, it's the older desk crew that sits to much..... full of anxiety perhaps also. A good cop is an good one..an bad one is an bad one..maybe this will help to clean up the department an bit? Best of luck. |
