There was plenty of parking space on the road, but the driver of this vehicle has decided that she doesn't want her car potentially damaged, so has parked it in the driveway of her mother-in-law's property, my neighbour! There were some weird offences - the one that sticks in my mind is the offence of shaking or beating any carpet, mat or rug , with the exception of door mats, beaten or shaken before the hour of eight in the morning.
