I came in earlier, just an bit ago but left for the 8 mag quake just registered down in Chili..South America. I told them yesterday...something crappy was coming for someone. I was justreally having an bad health day. I got my pole green beans and onion sets yeaterday. But still can' t plant as of yet. Picked up the grandaughterfrom school with her favorite drink and an box of chicken nuggets..before we got to the grade school to pick up the grandson... after we picked him up gave him an soda and piece of pepperoni pizza. Then we got them to the "Ant Farm" for tutoring help. Then drove back ot my house.. made my dinner earlier, put it on an plate and microwaved it to warm and law picks up the kids from the "Ant Farm" on her way home from her college classes. Typical family night for these parts. you all need to read Astropro.com for March and April...and see the maphe made off to the right side. Somethign kind of different..one of his bands for astrological projections is from Spain into England.Be prepared possibly for weird weather. With that I have lots to do around here, so will get going for now. Talk later on. |

Exercise the knee to gain more movement and get muscles working that haven't done anything for probably 15 years or more due to the original injury. It's getting better and I have a working knee now, but I still wouldn't recommend the knee surgery (tkr) unless it is absolutely necessary! I will never forget the pain. |

Make sure you don't overdo it though you don't want any setbacks |
