Good afternoon everyone, a glorious morning here too, but sadly now it's clouded over and is starting to rain a little.

I came to find out this big blotch on my face appears to be another attack from having had singles...if I get the least bit stressed out they still pop out somewhere. Just blisters with liquid in them. Vancouver Island had an 6.7 quake last night at 8 pm...northern border country of Canada. doesn't sound like any injuries or damage though. U think the stress causing the out break. I am treating it with witch hazel to get it to dry up. I woke up early this morning to look out and see massive huge dark black clouds and rain going northward in the far distance, turnedon the weather news to see an huge massive yellow band of bad weather going through Portland. But people still out there walking dogs if they get the slightest weather breakk to do so. My type this morning is bouncing back and forth between every letter I type..so I will leave for now and hope it gets itself straightened out normal like. Good thing I've been doing my book series by hand.

That should or read "shingles"....I had them big time an coupel of years ago..they are just super painful and there's not an lot an person can do about them. I had to go to the hospital and get an paper to be relieaved of Jury Duty back then. But they still flare up if I get serverely stressed out.  I've been really sick this last three weeks with all the big quakes going on world wide, then Easter also. I'm to ultra sensitve from my near death expereinces I guess. Thye kind of put me one step into the other side physically...coming back into our reality.

I hope I'm not the American that doesn't care about Pat's problems....though there are times I suppose he ought to get an taste of my problems also. Pat... the doctor is the one that needs attacked, as both only him and you can do anything about your high blood pressure.

night she was in the emergency hospital diagnoised with Gall Stones, they took them out as soon as they could find an docotor could do the operation...now this is something that "builds up"...so why her doctor she saw EVERY week didn't notice it...I wonder...they have now removed him.... and gave her an different doctor.  This is one reason why people are so upset over our health industry over here and thier huge fee's. We pay top dollar to see our loved ones die from inadequate care at times. I have never seen so many sick people, disabled people, drugged people then there is right now in our system..something that with the wars is really dragging down our lives in every way possible...and our nation. If the Native Americans had their way...you were either quickly well or you were put out of the tribe and on your own...ususally to die. Because the tribe's survival depended on each person carrying their own load in life.Thank God they aren' t running things...but it's gotten to be an excess here lately of sickness/not being well also....people doing crazy things. Last night someone rob an ice cream store with an syringe needle... claiming the vial was full of the "Aids" virus....give over the money or get stuck with the needle and be given "aids".How much morbid can people be...this is terrible. Naturally he got  the money...and I doubt Ice cream stores make that much money these days. It most likely wasn't worth the effort of the robbery.

John, you sound as if you've been right in the wars, hope the bruises go soon.

Pat, you keep drinking the beetroot juice Smile Our youngest son is a nurse and he always says peoples BP rises when they know they are going to have it taken. He tried to get in the RAF as a nurse but every time he went for a medical his BP was though the roof. When he took it himself at home it was just fine.

BP is a fickle thing. My Dr called me in for a BP test because they hadn't seen me for about 5 years!!! When i walked in I told the nurse it was a bad time, Big family issues, in the middle of moving house, and poor little 21 year old Brandy having died the day before and much to my amazement the BP was exactly where it should have been ... perfectly normal ! ! !  Have to say I was a bit surprisd to say the least

But keep taking the natural remedies Pat and all will be fine.

John hope the battle scars ease soon
