It looks like an better day here also..though I think we are still in for some more rain and the streets are currently wet. I got an chance to talk to Earthquake Mary last night...she is another that suffers along with me sometimes in being an sensitive, plus she's an bit Shaman  also. She says her current worst symptoms went away with the recent Vancouver Island Quake..north of Washington State. But she also goes to Lake Tahoe these days when hers get bad enough. Summertime is generally the only time I have to work on my health these days. ButI was working on taking some age off my face and arms with an treatment. I don't like taking the pills either if I can change things on my own without to much difficulty. Gaining weight is an problem on all my health issues. You all know I walk around daily with only an half of an Jaw bone. They have to surgically someday replace half the bone artificailly before I can even have dentures. It really bothers me somedays, but I've learned to live with it and also not having much hearing these days. Last time I went in my salt reading was below normal...but my trigycerites were higher then they should of been. They never find me in any way "perfect" no matter how hard I work on my health. thye cut me down half my doseage on my blood pressure medicines and I'm still paying full price for them also.... $100 an month. Same for my heart meds. It's claimed once you take BP Meds, that you will normally rise in Blood Pressure if you stop taking them. Therre is an program called "Dash" that they say works very well with more people and it's done through eating only. "Dash" is completely salt free spices and herbs. I will look in some of my books and see what they say to lower blood pressure. My doctor told me one time to never listen to the news....HA!...canr' do anything much about thngs these days anyway. I go for now.

Good evening, my tipple is a very dry white wine, I've also got a very nice bottle of Asbach brandy sitting here which I picked up for €14.50 in Bremen airport Smile
