OK....The High Blood Pressure Solution..by Richard Moore, Md, PHD and an whole lot of other special researchers on the subject...they all give their remarks from their own specialty medical knowledge from research work they do...most of them are doctors with PHD status in an specialty side line dealing with high blood pressure...in all 14 of them.

How to recongnize an bad docotor treatment using drugs...Further evaluation and/or referral...add third or fourth drug>>>add third drug or sustitute an second drug>>>>add second drug...anyway...you geet the idea..they are constantling substite another drug or adding one of them. In short nothing seems to be working in an cure.

Lifestyle modifications an Person must do to help themselves include...weight reduction...Moderation of alcohol intake, regular physical activity...reduction of sodium...stop smoking.  If you are doing these things, nothing they give you in the ofrm of drugs will even help you.

The K Factor...basic research work on the living cell in the body showed us how it regulates its level in the ratio level of the body of Potassium to Sodium in reguard to hypertension. First thing we do is to get rid of the adnormal diet for the person that reflects this response to begin with. Usually that alone starts to clear up blood adnomalities and elevated insulin levels also. We found so called primitive diets of our ancestors usually had 10 times the amount higher in the K Factor..and the diets of most vegetarians usually have an higher K factor. It was proven even an slight elevation of potassium lead to less strokes.  Personally I was told this from having an "aura" picture taken of me at one time...it showed up I didn't' have enough potassium and I went on to tablets, within an week my "heart symptoms" went away...it was evaluated that drinking the recommended 10 glasses of water daily in my diet was washing the minerals out of my body at the time. One real good idead for an really complete vitamin and mineral if you diet everyday, but of course this book says to simply eat fresh wholseome foods is and help also...and salads with veggies top the list...but go light on the dressings. I ususally add chili sauce now to non fat mayonaise...an little milk to thin it out...and only have other types of dressings now and then...but not reguarly. Things you don' twant to eat...ham, lunch meats, canned meats, anything breaded, bacon..any canned goods that are not unsalted....though we use to wash them when I was in weight watcher's years ago and we could still use them as well as canned fruits...but fresh is always better food.Very little dairy..cheese and cream in particular....again, they now have out reduced fat products...but it's easier to try to live without them if possible and use them sparingly. anything salted such as Soy Sauce...chips, English muffins, picles, olives, frozen pizza and frozen boxed dinners...read the side and if they have an high sodium content don' teat them. you will have to look because some of them these days are diet friendly and have reduced sodium levels.

Some tips...have what is called the "Breakfast potato"..grate fresh with an bit of onion, fry in cooking spray and top with non-sweetened applesauce..kind of like an potato pancake. serve with fresh fruit or non fat yogurt.. Don't add salt.

Give up the bread in sandwhiches for leaves of Napa Cabbage instead...serve with an low calorie soup..or steamed fresh veggies. Broil any meats and use "Dash" for flavorings.

Note..Spinach per calorie is 49% protein..more then an cooked hamburger patty...the patty is 38 per cent protein and 58 % fat.)Go lightly on the nuts because they are likewise. But popcorn is OKto munch on if it's low fat.

Enough emphasis can't be placed on routine excerise...it alone can work miracles in one's health.

With that I leave you to think over what you most likely already know.  In conclusion...a high potassium diet that adds 10 to 15% to the blood serum, using the high K diet...caused th arteries to relax and increase blood flow. The increased potassium in the body also caused the kidney's to dump more sodium also...and was an better factor in horemone levels and insulin regulating. This book was written in 1993 and can be obtainedHealing Arts Presss...One Park Street, Rochester, Vermont 05767...www.gotoit.com....or at your local Library. It's main thing is telling you how to regulate this K-Factor they found that added to one's better health. Naturally it is an everyday life style. I find that very hard in my day...to take time for myself... and do the correct things....this live fast kind of life is something that is not good to me and I know it...and it's to easy to break the rules of living well. Learn to love the fresh deli section of your local store over the restruarants.  This is but one book in my arsenal of reading about ones health.

Back to helping Pat...did you notice the center of the texting was missing along with mispelled wordage in the post above....yep...well...I think you can still make it out...I think drinking is next to man's worse medical problem along with drug useage...I don' t know how we came about relying on it to relax and socialize....but anyway....I have nothing wrong with using liquors in receipes...occasionally....but I never forget that for the most part  liquor has three times more sugar...then regular drinks ......without being the sweetended ones also..as in regular soda pop. It's useage was helped along in the old days by bad water wells...or in some cases depending on where you were at...no water to drink. Besides "rape" and diabetes, it's an good carrier for violence in the world also...helps along the social diseases also. By the time you pass out, if someone tipped you up to drink one more drop...it would kill you. so it's like everything else in the world...YOU regulate IT...and do it correctly.  Most diets can not support more then one half glass of wine an day nor two or three weekly.

Back to Pat's problem...Healing without medication and also my 3,000 year old medical book recommends alway using olive oil to cook with...the best oil though is Sesame Oil...both internally and outwardly. If you are an "butter" over margerine person...make you own ghee....which is clarified butter with the solid lard taken out of it.

This book recommends....3 tablespoons of Sesame oil an day..or the Sesamin 500 miligram capsules..if you can find them......also helpful are black current, evening primrose...which is what your Queen uses to maintain her health....flax seed, or pumpkinseed oils.

Fish oil, at least 3 but no more then 5 grams per day

Vitamin E...1,200 mg per day

Folic Acid...10 mg. daily ( An B Vitamin.... lowers blood homocystein)

L-arginine at least 3 and up to 21 grams an day. (increases blood flow)

These things are to stop hypertention...besides using less salt. It says, in treating high blood pressure, it is important to take enough vitamin C and enough Vitmain E...studies say you must use them both as using singly does nothing to improve the problem. Studies were conducted on this at the Northern Ireland Center for Diet and Health.  The above measures are usually singificant in stopping border line high blood pressure.

I was just looking a diabetes receipes...they are high in "salt" and this was in an Diabetes Cookbook of today.

It says that the sesamin stops the oxidation of cholsetrol into fat...it also helps to keep LDL from turning into artery clogging LPC...and slows down the imflamatory of the body in general internally. But olive oil has it place also. It says that Sesame oil should never be used in frying...where olive oil can be.Other things are of course celery..figs...and an good many fresh citrus fruits in the diet...along with veggies. I close this manner for now.  The Dash Diet is on line also...and another one of these books again mentioned it as being very good to follow.
