Good Day "53"

Good afternoon everyone 

We watched Happy Valley last night, the police station in Sowerby Bridge was where I used to work from, my old Chief Inspector was the police advisor to the series. Lots of very familiar scenery too.  

No walk today James, a trip up the drs about high B?P .changed the pills again. then it was lunch out with friends. hopefully tomorrow we will get a walk in.

Taking an break so what I just painted can dry before I start in again, besides I hi tmy foot with the brown paint by mistake and had to go wash it off. I've had my kitty can sitting bside to me and observing me paint...like he's glad he don' thave to do it, but at least it's somethign different from the same ole thing going on. Picked me up some brushes to rub around on the moldy spots...mainly just an light green...and some more paint for the entryway door next...while that was on sale. I've been walking an bit more here lately.I think your more inspired when you see everyone walking an dgoing down the street..it makes you feel more like you should join them. they come with dogs, him and hers...and three ladies with double strollers, one pulling an wagon, one holding onto the dog, and another with an little boy on an bicycle...and little kids everywhere...one of them does babysitting care. they are out everyday it's nice, she takes them out and takes them back and feeds them and they go down for afternoon naps. I told her one time with her 5 little kids, by herself, she was an bit of an inspiration in life.  Good looking women also, it helps them stay physically fit also. I must get going, time is passing quickly today.
