House Hunters International..just gave these guys for top dollar an crappy deal in my estimation...but the place is suppose to be "hot" property...road was hardly wide enough to drive down the street. I never saw any extra parking. I can imagine this town with three times the population some day...they are stuck into what amounts to an 2 bedroom apartment, one bathroom...with no way to add on...no park across the street....you'd have to have an boat in the bay to have any room and rather you could tie it up across from where you leave is speculative. I though tthe whole thing was an rotten deal for them in general. They were kind of stuck with one option also in what was available. Do you think that $400,000 for an older brick kind of apartment house is to much to pay...I do. Not for me, maybe half the price at top dollar, but even then it to much...but I'm not into buying any property at the moment....I've seen better stuff out there world wide for lots lots less...money, with much much more to offer. Good night. Glad this crappy weekend is over with for now. |
