Let them put thier own desert together. I think I should tuck in some fresh peach slices along with the berries...for the topper....but also on the back burner is hamburgers, watermelon, fresh veggies. I have to go an pick up my sister..now she's got her car fixed, she hasn't the gas money to drive it very far. But I thought she should go an see some fireworks locally this year, as we weren't in town last year. I di denjoy last year's motel and fireworks off the balancy to our room though..besides I could see the ones on Tv going on and those over the Bay in Washington State. My yard looks the pits again, from the high heat, wind sand blasting the area...this time my lawn. I put my potted plants in the house...so they were saved an bit. I'm about to lose an 39 year old Rhdodenron plant in my entry way...they couldn't deal with the hot weather of last year, but an second year is to much for it. It's wouldeasily be in the $200 range if t were an healthy plant. But anyway, I made an lot of diet stuff to eat also tomarrow...cut down on the calories. I won't drag out those potato chips unless someone asks me to do so. Off I go, interesting to hear how you spend your days over there besides going to town, and out to lunch...although depending.... that can be interesing also. I would say that we are now the most "Holiday" country on the Globe. Always something to be celebrating. I go for now. Have an good weekend everyone! |
