  Said you would get it ( and save me the rope )   a little local knowledge goes a long way. yes it is the Padstow- Rock ferry and I know you can't see the name but the boat is a fair size and very distinctive.

I would have loved to have seen one one Neil's lists though Smile Yes local knowledge does help, quite a lot. I'll be back with a pic tomorrow evening. We've a long journey up the dreaded M5, M6 and across the M62 tomorrow, on a Friday too Frown

 OK then, Neil impersoation attempt here :-

      Stern, Sonar. Steering wheel, Seagull, Screen, Screw, Sign, Spire, Steeple and if it is a marine technical term then it will be down to Neil, Dave or John.
