Our eldest son has a cheap Samsung phone running Android (by Google) which he takes to work with him when he has to go through Saudi Arabia. He won't use it for any banking purposes or internet shopping because he doesn't trust the security, he uses his iPod touch for all that stuff. Just a thought, Apple and Windows vet their apps, Google don't. |

Personally I wouldn't touch anything running Android. Just be aware of security if you buy one - or lack of it.
