Having parked the car, we are apparently going to get an extra 10 minutes 'grace' when the time on the clock runs out. Is that progress or will drivers now consider the 'extra time' as their right and thus push the boundaries further? I reckon it's a bit like the speed limit on the roads where 50 gets pushed to 60, 70 gets pushed to 80 and so on. What are your thoughts dear POE members? |
