I did pick up the fixing to make myself a bean bag today. And I have been enjoying all of your new pictures Roy, as well as pictures of birds posted by Andy (and pictures of flowers posted by Lyn). |

It should take three pictures per second, up to a total of 27 pictures. It will then pause and show 'busy' on the screen until it has downloaded the pictures onto the Cf card. Once down loaded you are free to take more pictures. The lenght of time for the down load depends on how many pictures have been exposed. Usually it thake no more than a few seconds fo the camera to be ready to go again. Try it a few times and you will see how easy it is to use. Make sure you are in the Sports setting. Regards Roy J. |

I will try out the burst button once I figure out how to follow a bird in the air. I guess it's timing and anticipating where they are going to be. The Bittern is still around, but too slow to catch great movement. |

By the way, what is the bird involved? Now that you have had the gear for a while, are you feeling comfortable with the camera? How dose it feel in your in your grip? Is the weight and balance OK? Regards Roy J. |

I just want to get rid of it. What do you think? I intend to carry the camera in a back pack in any case as I will be wearing my binoculars. I've been trying to get a shot of my Bittern who is now perched in the neighbours lilac bush, but the foliage seems to be getting the focus and not the bird. I know it's a matter of reading what to do, but I don't have time. Here is my best shot http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b217/strangey05/Stilltrying.jpg |

I don't want to take up space. |
