I've tried resizing the picture before downloading it but it doesn't help. Any clue why this is happening and what I can do about it? Thanks in advance! My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions

I tried both squaring it off (or at least I thought I did!) and cropping it but it made no difference. Thanks for the suggestions Peter and Ruth. I am sure I'll get it sorted out one way or another!
