I know, I only use the second one, as I think the others are a bit over the top.

In a lot of places now, there is a law saying you cant interfere with wildlife, even if it is to save that life. Australia is one of those places. I suppose the animal that dies is food for one that will die if it cant eat it. Oh boy its a hard life being an animal or insect.

Andy, by all means, post them.  I watched a black widow spider do up a fly once and it is fascinating.

Go for it matey, nature is both cruel and kind, and we should not try to stop what was meant to be.

Andy, what a kind soul you have wondering whether to save the damselfly (a real damsel in distress). I think you should post them. Your nature shots are out of this world. I always marvel how you manage to capture such wonders. Mind you I always have a posse of noisy children with me scaring away any wildlife!! We did see a kingfisher in Saltwells Woods though which was an amazing sight as I really didn't know there were any living that close to us! Of course I missed the shot in the excitement!
