Flowers in the snow

Thanks Sue - it is from my garden. Pete asked me if it was Jasmine - I'm not sure as I am no gardener but I think it might be. Anyone know?

My first thought was Forsythia, but I'm no gardener either (plus it's still Jannuary and I don't think Forsythia should be out). Is ie a flower or a shrub?

In America (well at least the part I live in) they pronounce Forsythia For-sith-e-ah. Very odd!

I just looked up Forsythia and Winter Jasmine, and Lorraine is right, it's the latter.
