Is it really OK for other sites to use pictures from POE?

Rob Hood's been exposed as a fraud!  (Rob and Cathy you clowns  Laughing)

Lovely avatar, BTW, Cathy.  And the 96 pictures all now have the POE shield over them.  They just take a minute to load.

And Chris, well done!   As Denzil T would say, "Give me a high six!"

Thanks Ruth - as my photos are all old I thought the avatar should match! Besides which the wrinkles don't show on that oneSmile

Well done Chris, very quickly dealt with Kiss

And now to end it all some really bad poetry:

The situation was illuminated, the theft was exposed, Poe considered the angles, and the problems this posed

They asked very nicely, but nothing developed, so the photos are cropped and the problem thus stopped

Now there's a great advert for POE on their site

YOU CAN'T PINCH POE'S PICTURES WITHOUT A GOOD FIGHT

I warned you it was lousy!LaughingEmbarassed

Well done Chris & Sarah. Great wit Rob & Cathy! Thanks Cathy - guess it is a sort of compliment when someone tries to claim your photo as their own! I noticed some of the ones he has used do have a watermark or a copyright sign on so I guess that he couldn't care less! That makes me think that he might be someone who has a grudge against us all as Sally suggested.

Hi Stephanie, hope things are going better for you and family,

Strange that he doesn't seem to have any of his own photos on his site!

Morning Cathy - you are up early too today! We are OK thank you - muddling through! How are you?

Think he must have a hidden agenda - you were so eagle eyed noticing this - well done!

I cheat, we are two hours ahead of you, so it just looks like I am up early by your time!

I am doing great thank you, husband not so, he is at the nuclear dept. this morning for radio active x-rays in the hopes that they will find a cause for his long, long term back problem, as the pain he suffers is becoming uncontrollable. That is why I am at the computer, so that I can sit down while I cross my fingers (and any other appendages) in the hopes they may find a solution, and it takes my mind off it too for a while.

Probably why I so enjoy this cheery siteSmile

I hope they sort out your husbands back problem soon CathyML. There's nothing worse than a back that is painful. My best wishes for a speady solution.

As for the photo stealing,I am upset that there are none of mine there. Oh No, they are not good enough and not worth stealing. Lol.

Thank you for your good wishes, the back problem has existed for approximately 25 years, so think speedy might not be a hope, but some relief from the constant pain would be good.

I just checked up on your pictures, and if you were looking for reassurance (ha ha) here goes,  you have placed 1289 photos on this site, a huge percentage with exceptional comments, so I am not sure that you are right about them not being worth stealing, would it make you feel better if I said I wouldn't mind stealing them?LaughingKiss

Awwww.Thanks Cathyml.

The worst thing about back pain is,they can never find a reason. Most of the time they say that you are faking it. AT least they are trying to find a reason. Lets hope they do. Then they may find a cure or a pain reliefe that works. Good luck.
