I love Winter in the Dales; have just been for some supper in Haworth which is nearby. It was frosty coming back and a little misty over the moors. I do prefer North Yorkshire - have you read James Herriot's books? I found West Scrafton because of reading his book about Yorkshire. It was just as he described it, although the 'beck' he described in West Scrafton has now dried up! I would like to see more of the Cotswolds. There seems to be some beautiful places down there. I did the obligatory 'Bourton-On-the -Water, and Stow-On The Wold' coach tour about 20 years ago, and was very impressed even then. Nice to hear from you Jeff - its nice when someone appreciates beautiful places - its not all bad!!!! |

Just wondered do you make them to order I am sure a few people would be interested. Keep up the good work, it seems a great hobby to have. Regards Margaret Singleton |

Are they all one piece with the timber 'bent' into shape, or are they made up with several sections! And do I see the name 'The Stickman' above the door of the workshop? Thanks for the pic! |
