Don't you realise that they will all be sat down with pen and paper at the ready trying to compete with that? I have to say it is pretty good since you only had two days to put it together, and clearly you do read the posts! However, I can't let that challenge go without responding, in due course that is! I can see Andy that you are going to be an even bigger problem than that Peter, who is probably already sat in the 'little boys room' trying to work it out with a pecil, the poem that is! Watch this space Andy!! Thinks....POE'ms, what do I do to deserve this constant flak? |

Never mind though, I'll look forward to the poem from Peter, doubtless he will be able to rhyme Constantinople with weather balloon, such is his spelling. There's an oldish saying in Yorkshire that goes hence:- if you can't take the mickey out of yourself, pick on someone else. Or did I just make that up? Well yes, I did, but who cares!! Andy Pandy. |

Besides don't know what you are referring to, much!!!! (Thinks....serves him right really). Great stuff Andy, a man after my own heart. I'm thinking now that it might be better if I try to build some sort of allegiance with you and then between us we could sort that Peter out once and for all. See what I mean we could gang up on him? As for the word 'allegiance' he won't know what it means anyway so this really could work! Yippeee, a Peter free POE! |

I feel that perhaps I have let you down by siding with (him) so I thought the best thing to do would be to regain your confidence and then WE could both have a go at Andy! We could soon get rid of him if we played our cards right couldn't we? POE would be rid of Andy forever...yippeee!! |

I'm a very new member and as such I should be treated with a modicum of sensibility. I find it very difficult to believe that gentlemen of your tenacity and experience ( old blokes in other words) would even consider such a thing. I am deeply hurt and may never be able to play the harmonica again. Nurse says I am to lie down for a good while and drink my warm milk and calm myself down. Andy. |
