Hello everyone,

my name is James, I am 15 years old and live in Canada. I live in Kitchener right now. I'm just a student, so I don't do much. My goals are to become a programmer of some sorts. I found this site when I was using stumbleupon. My main interests are puzzles, computers, photography, going on fun field trips and just talking with friends. I'm fairly interested in history, and more specifically wars. I have a few friends in England, who I would love to go meet some time. :D

well take care everyone,

James :)

Welcome to POE the best website and forum on the net James. Lots of fun here, as well as pictures of course, maps, history, attractions, famous Brits so you will feel right at home, but you'll soon find out also that some of us are pranksters, we just love to have a go at one another, but it's all in good fun so join in when you can. There is always a bit of a race to be the first to greet a new member, which is what Peter is referring to in his welcome! He's a rat bag and ugly with it!!

Serves you right Lyn for putting up a copy of Peters pic!!  I can almost hear her ranting from here in Oxford.....hang on a minute I think a funny coloured Rover has just pulled up outside so if I don't manage to finish what I am writing you'll know what happene

Welcome James!  I hope you enjoy POE as much as the rest of us here.  If you ever have any history questions from school that you need help with this would be the place to come for answers.  Certain people here were actually alive during the middle ages etc., I won't name names but one has a nice shiny dome and thinks he's perfect. LOL! Laughing

Welcome James and hope you enjoy it here, too. Just don't ask me about Canadian history, as beyond Confederation, I was hopeless. Not much better before it neither.

Still will send a photo request for 2 photos in your town; the dead centre of it to be more specific. They'll take you from Kitchener to Wiltshire in the late 1600s if you followed the trail back.
