I love that area because it is so wild and unspoilt. Marizion is just as I remember it as a child and the gardens around Cornwall are beautiful such as Trebah and Glendurgan. I love being near the sea which is funny as I live in the West Mids! |

I think I just read something about "Chicken Pot Pie" somewhere. I know it use to be "customary" also to encase fowl in an pastry, after an through cleaning, and add veggies in the cavity of the bird, I seem to have some old cookbooks to that suggestion anyway. Something about herbs also. Somone finally got around to placing the old old coobooks on-line over here recently, the ones out of print. Back in the days that an Salad was "spelt" as "Salat". Even the 1960's era cookbooks are getting far and few to find these days in old thrift stores. |

I am ashamed to say....I do not know those two places at all. I think it is a truism that when you live in a place, you do not know it as well as your average tourist. I have been to Marizion though! Ray. |
