Brian Blyth Daubney Posts: 1 Joined: 19th Aug 2008 Location: UK | quotePosted at 09:02 on 11th September 2008 I'm Brian from Southrey, a little village in Lincolnshire to where I've retired after some thirty years working as a teacher of music and drama in Leicsetershire for 20 years. I was born at Bardney, in 1929 about two miles from my retirement home and have added several of my photographs of Bardney, Southrey and Waddingworth to the website. Hope you'll enjoy them. Unfortunately I didn't write any comments on them and would like to but don't know how. Can anyone advise, please? |
Posts: Joined: 1st Jan 1970 | Hi Brian and a big welcome to Pictures of England, hope you enjoy yourself here as much as I do. As for writing comments on your photos I write anything that I need to in the "picture description" box when I submit a photo, you can go back and add to it after the picture is submitted. I am going to look at your photo's now. |

To put a comment go to My Pictures, click on the picture, at the top it should say Edit picture, click that then you should be able to add your comment. Nice new avatar Lyn! |

I knew somebody on here would be able to advise Brian on adding comments better than me, I know how to do these things myself but struggle when it comes to telling anyone else, good job I don’t work in an advice centre. I love your photo of Waddingworth Church Brian, I forgot to say that I am originally from Linc's and have been through southrey many times, I still have family living in Grimsby, Ulceby and Stalligborough, but don't get up to visit as often as I would like. |
