For the best results, as low as the camera can make it. I usualy keep to 100 ASA or ISO. But if the photo is too dark, then take the speed up. I try not to go over 400 as you start to get noise intruding in the photo. Hope that helps. But it all depends on the circumstances at the time and what gives you pleasing results. Clear as mud yeah?

 By the way Craig, at the bottom of the first  page,(England forums)  there is a thread for photo tips. You may find a few helpfull tips in there.
