Hello from Portugal

Hi all,

My name is Maria Manuela, although my friends usually call me Nela.
I'm 27 and I'm from Setúbal, a city about 50km south of Lisbon, Portugal.
I work in Information Security and Business Continuity (dull, I know!)

I came across this site while browsing for information on English counties. You see, I collect postcards and I've got a few hundred from the English countryside I need to organize and have almost no idea where to start. :) Gosh, don't I love a good challenge! :)

My interests... history, photography, music, postcards, reading & writing, and travel too, of course.

One last note: I've been in love with the British Isles ever since I can remember; I clearly recall being in front of a TV set in awe whenever some British series would air on national TV (Robin of Sherwood comes to mind, laugh all you want). It still happens.
I've been to London once, last year, and it felt like home. Anything related to England, Wales, Scotland, as well as Ireland, catches my attention immediately, so you can imagine my delight when I found this website, huh? ;)
