I do count my time in England as a blessing, an opportunity that I will never forget. The village that I lived in was truly wonderful. I had the best in neighbors, Bernie and Pat, they own a beautiful B&B called Carden Cottage, which I plan to go back and visit. Everything that I needed was right in the village, and just a short mile walk to the beach, what more can you ask for?!! Thank you once again for the welcome, and I will sure to be back to the forums. Donna |

I am approaching the end of long career in the Navy, almost 29 years! I can say that I would never have expected to stay this long, but it has been a good life and afforded me many wonderful opportunities, such a mentioned before, living in beautiful Cornwall England. I now live in Virginia Beach, originally from Baltimore Maryland, where my family still resides. One more year before I retire, and the only gift that I want to give myself is to return to England and see more of it's beauty. Again, thank you for all the kind welcomes. |

I am from a little tiny place called Middle River, which if you sneeze while driving through, you are going to miss it! It is right next to Essex which is not much bigger, but a little more known. I don't get home as much as I like too, but my daughters like to visit me here since I only live 4 miles away from the beach, so it works for now. take care, Donna |
